2. Eligibility for Refund
- Full refund if requested within 7 calendar days of enrollment.
- Must have accessed ≤10% of course content (videos, quizzes, assignments).
- No refund if more than 10% of the course has been accessed.
- No refunds on bundled services or add-ons after 7 days.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to refunds@skillupindia.site with:
- Your full name, email, and phone number.
- Course or Plan name and enrollment date.
- Reason for refund request.
- Our support team will acknowledge within 1 business day and may request additional details.
- We will review and notify you of approval status within 3 business days.
4. Deductions & Exceptions
- A non-refundable processing fee of ₹500 applies to all approved refunds.
- Prorated refunds for bundled offerings (e.g., certification + placement) will deduct the proportional cost of services rendered.
- No refunds for gift card redemptions or promotional enrollments.
5. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Course Cancellations by Skill Up India
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course or workshop. In such cases:
- Full refund for the cancelled portion will be issued automatically.
- Option to transfer to another batch or course at no extra cost.
