1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skill Up India (the “Platform”), you (“you,” “your,” or “Learner”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or its services.

2. Eligibility

To enroll in any course, workshop, or service, you must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to enrollment.

3. Service Description

Skill Up India provides:

• Industry‐recognized certification courses (IT, Marketing, Data Science, Technical Trades).
• Live workshops and webinars led by subject‐matter experts.
• Personalized career guidance, including resume review and interview prep.
• Access to recorded sessions, downloadable resources, and community forums.

4. Enrollment & Payment Terms

4.1 Enrollment Process: To enroll, contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. You will receive an invoice and payment instructions.

4.2 Payment Methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or bank transfer. All fees must be paid in full or via approved installment plans before accessing course materials.

4.3 Fee Changes: Skill Up India reserves the right to modify course fees. Fees applicable at the time of enrollment apply to your purchase.

5. Access & Content Ownership

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non‐exclusive license to access and use course materials for personal, non‐commercial purposes. All course content, including videos, slides, quizzes, and text, remains the intellectual property of Skill Up India. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

• Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Do not upload, post, or transmit harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Maintain respectful communication in forums and live sessions.
• Violation of conduct may result in temporary or permanent suspension without refund.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Full refunds available within 7 days of enrollment if ≤10% content accessed.
• ₹500 processing fee applies to all approved refunds.
• No refunds after 7 days or if >10% of content accessed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Up India’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected course or service. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skill Up India, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to access content immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or on-site announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
